Appointment Scheduling:

  • Book via phone, in person, or online.
  • Advance booking is strongly recommended for prompt service.
  • For changes, please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours prior.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Less than 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling incurs a $30 fee.

No-Show or late arrival Policy: (updated on 3/28/24)

  • Failure to show up without notice will result in a $30 fee charged to your account.
  • Fees must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
  • This fee compensates our team for time and resources allocated to your appointment.
  • An appointment cancelation or reduced services may occur if you do not arrive on time or early for your appointment.
  • We cannot allow a late appointment to interfere with following appointments. 

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving late may lead to shortened services, but you will still be charged the full service cost.

Fees and Payments:

  • All no-show and late cancellation fees must be cleared before your next appointment.
  • We accept cash, debit, and credit cards, payable at the time of service.

Hygiene Standards:

  • We maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Clients are requested to arrive in a clean and tidy state for their appointment.

Service Satisfaction:

Product Return Policy:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used products.
  • Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or credit.

Points and Referral Program Disclaimer

Liability: Patty's Salon is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers while participating in the Program. Patty's Salon is also not responsible for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the customer, any human error, any interruption, deletion, omission, degradation, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, or any technical or non-technical error or malfunction.
